Member Registration and Management

The Customer Service Department of KingGroup shall register members referred by the Affiliate and monitor their betting activities.

The Affiliate and all referred members must comply with the Company’s rules, policies, and operational procedures.

The Company reserves the right to reject or freeze any Affiliate or member account if violations are detected.

System Access and Commission Calculation

The Affiliate shall have access to the Company’s system to monitor the betting activities and overall status of referred members.

The Customer Service Department of the Company shall calculate and pay commissions based on the activities of members referred by the Affiliate.

Promotion and Business Development

The Affiliate shall actively promote, market, and expand the brand kgvn in a lawful and positive manner, aiming to maximize the profits of both parties.

The Affiliate must inform referred members of all promotions, products, and services offered by the Company.

The Affiliate shall register members referred by the Affiliate and monitor their betting activities.

Advertising Costs

Any costs incurred for promotional activities shall be borne solely by the Affiliate.

Affiliates at all levels are not allowed to open multiple agent accounts without kgvn`s permission, nor receive commissions from kgvn`s accounts or related persons. Remember, no tier of the affiliate may place bets with their own agent account. kgvn has the right to terminate and freeze accounts along with any commissions earned in the game.

To ensure the privacy and rights of all kgvn member accounts, kgvn will not provide any member passwords or personal information. Affiliates of all levels may not obtain member data in any way or arbitrarily login to subordinate member accounts. If an affiliate is found infringing on the privacy of a kgvn member, kgvn has the right to cancel the affiliate`s bonuses and account.

Members under the affiliate alliance are not permitted to open more than one account. kgvn reserves the right to request members to provide valid identification verification and retains the right to use IP to determine if members are duplicated. If the above items are violated, kgvn has the right to terminate a player`s gaming and freeze accounts, along with any commissions earned in the game.

Affiliates cannot act as effective betting members for themselves or other alliances; only members directly under the company`s authorized effective betting can be counted as qualified. Affiliates must complete the company`s prescribed valid betting for monthly qualification; if violating the alliance agreement, kgvn has the right to terminate and freeze accounts and all commissions earned in the game.

If members under an affiliate alliance are prohibited from enjoying kgvn`s games due to violations or if kgvn returns deposits to the members, kgvn will not distribute corresponding commissions to the affiliate alliance. If the deposit was made using a credit card or bank account that requires verification, kgvn reserves the right to withhold related commissions until the audit is completed.

The terms of this contract will come into force once kgvn notifies acceptance of the affiliate alliance`s participation. Either kgvn or the affiliate alliance may terminate this contract at any time; in any case, if the affiliate alliance wishes to terminate the contract, it must notify kgvn at least seven days in advance in writing/email. The affiliate`s performance will be reviewed every 3 months; if the affiliate is no longer a current cooperating member, this contract may be terminated at any time. If a partner violates the contract terms, kgvn has the right to terminate the contract immediately.
